We strive to ship the same day, or at the latest the next day, that you place your order with us. Should there be a major delay in packing and shipping, this is due to a larger number of orders and we will inform you of this situation immediately.

Shipping methods all over the world
- Parcel in hand - delivery to your home: Delivery usually takes a week or two, but to more distant destinations it can be a month.
- Packeta: Packeta forwards packages to local carriers in your country who will deliver the package to your home. Tracking is possible using the tracking number on Packeta's website or with the specific carrier.
- UPS: Very fast shipping with insurance and detailed monitoring of the package. Track and trace your shipment using the consignment number, even across borders.
Important Notice Regarding Declared Value of Shipments
For this reason, we cannot under-declare the value, mark items as “gifts,” or provide any false or misleading information regarding the contents or price of your order.
Why we cannot do this:- Declaring a lower value is considered a violation of customs and tax laws, and in some cases may constitute a criminal offense (document falsification).
- It could expose us to high fines, tax penalties, seizure of shipments, or even a ban on business operations imposed by authorities.
- These rules apply to both companies and individual sellers (including sole traders).
- Attempting to artificially reduce import duties or taxes in the destination country by providing false information is also illegal and not permitted under international trade regulations.
