We strive to ship the same day, or at the latest the next day, that you place your order with us. Should there be a major delay in packing and shipping, this is due to a larger number of orders and we will inform you of this situation immediately.

Shipping methods in the Czech and Slovak Republic
- Parcel to the post office - delivery of the parcel to your chosen branch of the Czech Post
- Parcel in hand - delivery to your home
Delivery on weekdays usually within 1-3 days.
PPL usually delivers goods within 24 hours throughout the Czech Republic. The goods will be delivered the next working day after the order is confirmed.
Delivery to the delivery points of Zásilkovna usually by the second working day.
