Tumbled Madagascar agates
Agate belongs to quartzite materials and is composed of a mixture of crystalline and finely fibrous quartz - chalcedony and opal. Agates from Madagascar have concentric, intensely wavy and meshed very fine striations. Each piece is a unique original. The earthy and rich cream, ochre, muted red and brown striations stand out in perfectly smoothed specimens. Each high quality agate is polished to a strong luster without any cracks or flaws.
