Withdrawal from the contract of sale within the statutory 14-day period
If you wish to withdraw from the contract within the statutory 14 day period, please follow these instructions.
- Please inform us of your withdrawal using the contact form below.
- Please indicate in the "Message" field that you are withdrawing from the purchase contract within the statutory 14-day period and also provide the invoice (purchase receipt) number and your bank account number.
- Send the undamaged goods in their original packaging, including everything you have received about the goods to us at the following address: Vavřenova 1169, 142 00 Prague 4
- After the goods have been inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account specified by you.
